3. Account Registration

To place orders, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify RejoinAll immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Ordering and Payment

All orders placed through the Service are subject to availability and acceptance by RejoinAll. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment terms, including invoicing and net payment periods, will be established during your onboarding process. You agree to pay all charges associated with your account in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.

10. Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the District of Columbia.
